Wie funktioniert PostDo?
Fotografiere oder importiere einen Brief. PostDo legt ihn ab, zeigt eine kurze Zusammenfassung und macht aus Fristen To-dos mit Erinnerung. Das Original bleibt immer dabei.
Was liest die KI?
Das stellst du ein: den ganzen Brief, nur Titel und Datum oder gar nichts. Bei „nur Titel und Datum“ deckst du den Rest von Seite 1 mit einer schwarzen Fläche ab. Fotos verlassen dein iPhone nie, an die KI geht nur Text. Einzelheiten stehen in der Datenschutzerklärung.
Was kostet die KI-Auswertung?
Briefe selbst ablegen, To-dos und Erinnerungen sind kostenlos. Die KI-Auswertung verbraucht Guthaben, das du in den Einstellungen kaufst. Es ist kein Abo und verfällt nicht.
Was passiert mit meinem Guthaben auf einem neuen iPhone?
Das Guthaben zieht über den iCloud-Schlüsselbund mit. Ist der iCloud-Schlüsselbund ausgeschaltet, lässt es sich nicht übertragen; Apple kann verbrauchbare Käufe nicht wiederherstellen.
Wie sichere ich meine Briefe?
In den Einstellungen unter Datensicherung. Die Sicherung enthält alle Briefe mit Originalen, Aufgaben, Erinnerungen und Antworten. Beim Einspielen ergänzt PostDo nur, was noch fehlt.

How does PostDo work?
Take a photo of a letter or import it. PostDo files it, shows a short summary and turns deadlines into to-dos with a reminder. The original always stays with it.
What does the AI read?
You decide: the whole letter, title and date only, or nothing. With “title and date only” you cover the rest of page 1 with a black area. Photos never leave your iPhone; only text is sent to the AI. Details are in the privacy policy.
What does AI analysis cost?
Filing letters yourself, to-dos and reminders are free. AI analysis uses credit, which you buy in the settings. It is not a subscription and does not expire.
What happens to my credit on a new iPhone?
Your credit moves with iCloud Keychain. If iCloud Keychain is turned off, it cannot be transferred; Apple cannot restore consumed purchases.
How do I back up my letters?
In the settings under Backup. The backup contains all letters with originals, tasks, reminders and replies. When you restore it, PostDo only adds what is missing.
